AndyB
Nice, Jim! That kind of work is actually my favorite. Very "in the moment".
Jim Feeley
Oh, to be clear... an acquaintance/friend took that picture (one of two people, I'm not sure which one). I didn't. And I'm not in the shot. But ya, I like the shot.
James Arnold
Here's a screen shot from this behind the scenes video of TED. This is me booming Seth MacFarlane as he performed the TED lines in full mocap wear while on set. We fed him the other actors in his comtek, and fed his lines to the actors with in-ears when they were too far away to hear him, so that they could interact. He's sitting up looking at pictures to emulate being teddy bear sized. I'm enjoying the people very obviously checking their cell phones in the background... VASI
One comment: Get the Tx from boom to buttom of the boom. Not in area between boom and windshield. More balance. More stability.
Diego Sanchez
One comment: Get the Tx from boom to buttom of the boom. Not in area between boom and windshield. More balance. More stability. I have 4 different attachments, one for the tip, one for the handle (in between hands), one for the bottom of the boom and one for the belt. Is really up to the boom op, they are the ones carrying it.
