General electronics repair shop recommendations please.

Anyone know of any great electronics repair shops that can repair thinks like components on a printed circuit board?  I've tried to fix a few simple things in the past but I'm not the best with a soldering iron and I really have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to common components on a PCB.

 

So many manufactures no longer service some of their older equipment and when they do, they simply bill you for a new board usually.  I've know a few electronics Yoda's over the years who could damn near fix anything.

 

Looking for someone like that.  Any suggestions anyone?
