Bob Marts
Feb 06 10 Can someone tell the average turnaround time it takes to get a Denecke Slate software upgrade? I need to make a decision today regarding slates for an upcoming project. Thanks
Eric Toline
Feb 06 10 Can someone tell the average turnaround time it takes to get a Denecke Slate software upgrade? I need to make a decision today regarding slates for an upcoming project. Thanks If it helps, they did an upgrade to my SB2 in about a week (3days west bound, 1 day in the shop, 3days east bound) with coast to coast shipping. Bob Marts
Thanks Eric, that's good to know (Denecke is closed on weekends or I would have asked them).
John Blankenship
Charlie and his team are excellent with turnaround time. You might call him Monday to double-check that they're not backed up if you're in a time-critical situation. I recently had two SB2 boxes and a TS-3 upgraded and calibrated. I sent them in two shipments so that I wouldn't be without at least one slate. Their turnaround (and I'm in Indianapolis) both times was lightening quick. John B. (Go Colts!) RPSharman
Their turnaround is VERY quick. I recently dropped off 2 slates, one for new back-light option and the other for new faceplate, sticks and metal backing (everything but the guts, I guess). They were both done the next day. Guest Ken Mantlo
They are great there, they even gave me a loaner to cover the down time (If that's not their normal policy then I didn't just type that last sentence).
Charlie Parra
Hi Bob, Our turn around time is usually a day or two unless we are really busy. Best Regards, Charlie
