PCMsoundie
I wanted to ask what real world differences there are on battery life for Lectrosonics transmitters used for lav mics. Sure we can all do our own tests and just run them until dead or just simply change them at lunch as a best practice but in a scenario like a docu where you are not going to get near your subject again at all for the whole day. In a apples-to-apples comparison at same 25mW & 50mW RF power using Energizer Ultimate Lithium one-time use batteries (for consistency & availability rather than different brands of rechargeable li-ion) hybrid-digital SMWB - Wideband Transmitter (1 AA) [RF Power selections at 25, 50 and 100 mW] vs digital DBSM transmitter (1 AA) [10, 25 and 50 mW] hybrid-digital SMDWB - Wideband Transmitter (2 AA) [25, 50 and 100 mW] vs digital DBSMD transmitter (2 AA) [10, 25 and 50 mW] so also on DBSM and DBSMD wondering what is battery life using Energizer Ultimate Lithium for 10mW and also high-density (HDM) transmit mode at 2 mW
