Reasonably priced and comes in many sizes and colors. There is a size for any size shotgun. I leave the shield (minus the fur) on my cMIT 5u all the time. Not only does protect the shotgun mic, it does not muffle room sound. axel Posted December 1, 2022 Report Share Posted December 1, 2022 We use it with the 8060, best ratio in sound coloration vs wind protection. Due to its neat rubber enclosure on the back it is quite effective with the wind sensitive 8060.
