osa Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 working on a trailer for a doc and ran into this issue (also ran into it back in mid december '24) curious if anyone has had a fix? we are making it by with multitrack .wav exports but if this was the whole feature length doc i imagine it would be a solid nightmare. embedded or sep files, omf vs aaf seem to be no difference. Comments on issues still as recent as 6hrs ago: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-bugs/broken-omf-export-repeats-audio-clip-on-track/idi-p/15030720 Quote
Rick Reineke Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 As I recall, the 'Open Media Framework' format has a file size limit of 2GB,. The audio may be exported separately though, or use multiple OMF files with fewer tracks or segment durations. Quote
Philip Perkins Posted January 22 Report Posted January 22 The 2GB limit is for the "bento" or all in one type export. We usually ask for the separate project file/media type OMF and then the file size limit isn't an issue. We just received a very large Premiere OMF for a feature that opened w/o issues. Quote
osa Posted January 22 Author Report Posted January 22 Hey Philip, do you know if they were using version 25 of Premier? This particular client is using the latest update which i believe is v25.1 I have not had this issue with other clients who have stayed with older versions. sadly, this is a brand new glitch that repeats the same audio file over multiple edit points.
