KOKOMO Posted June 1 Report Posted June 1 Hello, Here is my audio configuration: 6xA20 mini, 2xA10Tx, 2xA10Rx and 2xA20Rx with Cantar X3, octopack and filtered antennas. I use this kit since many years and I'm very happy with the sound, but ... my A20 are very often out of order, I would say at least one transmitter fails during every movie shoot, sometimes RF sometimes power supply, board or other things .... I must say I am someone who is very careful with my equipment; I take great care of it. Most of the time my A20 run in "low" or "normal" mode and are strapped to the ankle. SONY NP-BX1 batteries. Many years ago I used Wisycom and I never had a problem with their Tx What are your experience with A20 mini ? thanks by advance ... Quote
Derek H Posted June 1 Report Posted June 1 That’s unfortunate. How has sound devices service been for you getting them repaired? Quote

Derek H Posted June 2 Report Posted June 2 Wow, 1500 euro to fix one transmitter? Did that include shipping round trip to US? Quote
