You could try one of those (and I've ordered them through Trew in the past). Otherwise, Petrol was acquired by Sachtler over a decade ago, and they still sell the same designs. Not sure if the harness is among their current products, but I've been able to get old parts by going through Sachtler's parts division. Quote
