GavinQ Posted September 24 Report Posted September 24 Hey everyone, I'm on a reality show right now and we are using Wisycom MTP61's. It's my first time using them, and they are great. We've run into one issue/bug though, with the Bluetooth. It seems that the Bluetooth will stop working and disappear from the app on our phones. The solution for this seems to be power cycling the Bluetooth on the transmitter, but it shouldn't be doing this in the first place. I believe the problem may come from jamming timecode with the docks. I did a test and after doing a docked jam sync, the device immediately disappeared from the apps Bluetooth devices list. Power cycling the device fixed it right away. Is this a bug that's known from Wisy? I didn't bunch of googling and couldn't find anyone else with this issue. I just checked what FW we are running, and we are on the latest 1.15.0 fw. Quote
