We’ve posted a new episode of The Apple and Biscuit Show as a follow up to a recent survey by the folks at Production Expert. It's pretty frank and sobering (with a glimmer of light still in the end). I think (and hope) that we are having more of a discussion about the evolution of craft and finding ways to direct our energies but it's still a bit disheartening regardless. For me, a takeaway from this is the importance of peer support. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply calling up colleagues to ask how they are going and if there is anything we can do to offer a voice of reassurance or just to be there as a listener in difficult times.
