The Orange One - Passive IFB & Comms Combiner

Hey everyone!

 

I just wanted to introduce you all to The Orange One, a passive stereo IFB and comms combiner. We expect this device to be available mid/end of June.

 

It features both comms routing and trim control and is retailing for £125. Cable assemblies are available and sold separately at £20 each.

 

So far we have had great feedback from the demo units we have being trialled by a few in Manchester and London, with some requesting to buy theirs.

That's a cool box but speaking as a United Statesian, I would need to cover that logo. The Orange One is a highly polarizing person over here.

This name kinda refers to the old Electrolux slogan.

And here I was thinking it was the official IFB of the prince of the Netherlands.

I'd love to know more about the Electrolux slogan ... it might be just a UK thing ... but I can't think of *any* slogans I associate with Electrolux.

Just a quick update:

 

You can now preorder at Raycom, Soundkit and Wendy’s Broadcast in the UK.

 

I am waiting on an update from some places in Europe and I have reached out to a couple of places in both the USA and Canada.

 

Hopefully I will be able to get some preproduction demo units out there for you guys to try.

Another update:

 

You can now preorder from Pinknoise in the UK.

 

As you are aware, Pinknoise are owned by Trew Audio so in theory this could be good news for anyone in the USA and Canada that may want to get their hands on one of these devices.

I want to introduce you all to the new "Ezz" edition.

 

All the same exact features but smaller and lighter than the original. It weighs less than 50 grams and measures 29mm x 57mm x 22mm.

 

These will be handmade to order and are available to order as soon as today. The RRP is £150+VAT

This version is designed for those that want something more simple. It's the same weight and dimensions as the Ezz edition and is available in mono and stereo headphone output flavours.  It also retails at just £80.
