New Sanken mics: COS-7D and CU-M2

COS-7D: New lavalier. Slightly smaller and thinner; frequency response has less of a peak and more of a shelf.

CU-M2: Compact cardioid condenser.

Does anyone have any information on the voltage requirements of the 7D?  

I'm wondering how it will play with older Zax transmitters.

Fun! New stuff = yay! Also, Cos11D: best sounding lav imho, big, sure but under a shirt or in a tie - perfect. If this smaller one even sounds a BIT like the COS11D and has the same ruggedness, I mean wow. 
The other one, CU-M2 has an unfortunate name. 

 

but… I am in SHOCK. A podcast about sound, for sound people, and no popscreens on the mics?!? I work in radio and I am appalled at this.
