Zack
Have just ordered 2 x 900LTH transmitters and another QRX100, very excited! Not so excited about a projected 8 week delivery time. Come on Glenn, crack the whip over there please! That's cause they're making mine first . I'm getting my system this friday yay!
Jack Pender
Same goes for me with my Nomad... although it hasn't been released officially yet. I still have no idea of when it will arrive and neither do Lemac. They make great products though so I think I can forgive the slow service... Boomboom
From my retailer, I heard something like end of september / october ...
razastudio
What mics do you intend to use with the LTH's? I heard that just a few models are advised.
Boomboom
Mics models are probably the same you have to use with the 900 series Txs. Then, that would be something like: DPA: 4063 Sanken: COS-11D ...there are others, but I don't remember since I use these two mic models. You're not "limited" per se, you still have plenty of choice. *That is*, IF it's the same as with the 900 series, as I said (still don't own LT series Txs: LTH are delayed here too in Canada Chris, you're not alone! ;-) )
Chris McCallum
I am going to try the Rode lav. Just a pity I have to hard terminate the zax connector, but I do love the idea that I can extra cables with alternate MiCon adaptors
Boomboom
Micon isn't the same as DPA micro dot ? You cannot use the DPA adaptor with the Rode mic ?
Chris McCallum
No I don't believe they are compatible unfortunately
Boomboom
Now the news I get is that Zax is gonna release the Nomad in a first time, THEN they will release the LTH series Txs... good lord... maybe Christmas is a more realistic expectation Too bad the Micon is not the same as MicroDot... well, that's marketing laws; not really surprised ... Chris McCallum
Hey Boom I was told 1month delivery on the LTH. Might have to clarify that we are talking the same model with my local dealer!
greg sextro
BoomBoom, I also hope you're wrong, because I ordered the LTH versions and they're supposed to finally arrive next week (note: took longer than 8 weeks). -greg-
Zack
I thought you were all talking about the LTS.... what is the LTH?
greg sextro
LTS = stereo LT transmitter. LTH = high power (or rather, switchable power) LT transmitter.
