Mark LeBlanc
Out of curiosity. For myself, two items stick out. 1. Lectro Venue system - Very nice rack system that gives me great performance with power requirements well within my current battery system. 2. Powerx AA rechargeable batteries - Work great in my Lectro transmitters and love the fact that at the end of the day I'm not shoveling in handfulls of dead batteries to the trash or recycling. RadoStefanov
When the economy went to hell in 2008 my biggest fear was having to learn to drink bourbon instead of scotch. Who knew alcohol becomes cheaper in hard economic conditions.... Glenlivet 12 years old single malt $22.99 is my drink. A bottle of Laphroaig 31 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey. gpiegari
I love the idea of this "year-end" topic but as I reflect, 2011 was light for gear acquisitions. I am now inspired to open a very nice bottle of scotch and ponder this... Glen

George Flores
I'm with Robert. We got a king size mattress earlier this year. Wife loves it, I love it, cat & dogs unfortunately love it. I think the new Pelsue Tent will win out, considering the old one began to leak last time it rained.

Harris K
Bought a ton of gear this year, so not much fun in personal realm. But I went up to the 788t this year and, god, it makes the day easy. Everytime the answer is "yup, I can do that" to even the most outlandish requests. Also, guilty pleasure, but Batman: arkham city is just awesome.

Had the Dangerous ST and SR to handle the monitoring. We'll see how that stems out.... heheh... Also got a cart for playback. I can already see an immediate improvement from that purchase.
