  1. I bought a couple of DPA 6060 mics to replace my ageing cos-11s. I bought the microdot version with the Lectro adapter. With my cos-11s I typically have the gain on my Lectro SMV around 18. With the 6060 I had to gain up to 27 to get an acceptable level out of the mic. Also it had a noticeable noise floor and it had some intermittent pops and drop outs. I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Are 6060s wired differently and I bought the wrong one? I bought it from B&H and the description stated that it was for SM transmitters. Any thoughts or help are appreciated.
