There is no way to update the firmware on 100 Series G3 devices (or 100 Series G2 devices either). The 100 Series rackmount devices DO NOT have an ethernet jack on them which is how WSM communicates with the devices. G2 300 and 500 series devices can be updated using the NET1 interface and the older versions of WSM that support the NET1 itself.
