rich Posted July 13, 2012 Report Posted July 13, 2012 Though I did just decide, after getting some info from Lectrosonics, to snip the antenna power switch to make it much harder to accidentally switch the antenna power on. I just got 2 lectrosonics SNA600 dipoles and noticed that they read as shorted on a multimeter. Lectrosonics said that this is normal and indeed the antenna works well, but switching on the antenna power would be bad. Possibly crossing the streams bad. So I snipped the switch on the distro box so it would be very unlikely to be accidentally changed. Quote
chris_bollard Posted July 14, 2012 Report Posted July 14, 2012 My unit has been back (again) for the update. I have taped the power switch in the off position. Thought of snipping but seemed too drastic a solution. Taking it on the road come Monday. Will report back..... Quote
