HMa Phantom 15V to T-power

It seems Lectrosonics has stopped making the MCA-Tpower cable, which allows using the 15V power selection to drive a 12T microphone (like a CMC4). Other than the fairly long 48P-12T barrel adapters and the Ambient Phantomizer cable ($176!?), does anyone have any other suggestions for how to make this happen?

 

I already have Gary at Trew Atlanta building something smaller for me, but I was hoping to get that Lectro cable. I guess I haven’t been active here in so long I can’t post to the WTB forum, but if anyone has an MCA-Tpower cable for sale, I’d love to buy it.
