Lectro smqv not showing step size option

I bought this used smqv a few years back and just found out I'm not able to switch step size from 100khz to 25khz when pressing 3 buttons together, is there a potential reason for this? Like older versions? or do I need any firmware updates?

You are right, it does look like 25kHz mode was a feature added in later firmware versions.  I think the firmware version is shown at normal power on, which I didn't notice in your video.

Need to go back to service center for firmware update you cannot do the update yourself as it needs a recalibration after update
