inspire Posted October 22, 2024 Author Report Posted October 22, 2024 I am attaching a photo from my last school day (I'm studying this subject in Viljandi!), but since this is an educational photo, I just hope the school allows it, and since there is only one microphone in the photo, hopefully, it’s OK. It's actually a ribbon microphone from the same company, take a look at the brand logo. 🙂 Quote
pscottm Posted October 28, 2024 Report Posted October 28, 2024 I owned a 5088 for about 10 years.. a real pleasure to use, to say the least. Incredible audio performance, +/- 45vdc rails throughout, freq response extends to 100kHz. Also, RND have the best service/support I've ever experienced from a pro audio manufacturer. Quote
inspire Posted October 28, 2024 Author Report Posted October 28, 2024 The SE Eletronics RNR1 Ribbon Studio Microphone seems also good: https://www.thomann.de/intl/se_electronics_rnr1.htm https://freesound.org/search/?q=SE+Electronics+RNR1 Quote
inspire Posted May 29 Author Report Posted May 29 I had the opportunity to take a course in audio and video recording at the Tallinn School of Music and Ballet, where we actually used this very powerful mixing console! It was a highly informative course where I learned to work with both REAPER DAW and a very useful program called DaVinci Resolve. I'll share a couple of photos of the console – I don’t have permission to post more, but I did ask my teacher if I could share a few images in a public forum. Quote
