Philip Perkins Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 Does he offer you support for this app? He's already in the app biz, why not make this available, I would think it would sell as well as many of the other apps he makes already?
Derek H Posted June 13, 2016 Report Posted June 13, 2016 I'm sure he would if I asked. To be honest I haven't used it a lot since he made it for me. It was really handy on one specific job and since then I haven't been asked for transcription recording very often. Allows you to batch convert a folder of WAVS to mp3 with meta data in the id3 tag just how sound devices does it. Also let's you select which tracks to use. Makes wonderfully small mono mp3 files. I don't know why he doesn't sell it openly. I think he wants more feedback first but I just don't use it that much.
Jeremiah Sheets Posted August 21, 2016 Report Posted August 21, 2016 So again, why not make a Mac version?
Jim Feeley Posted August 21, 2016 Report Posted August 21, 2016 Jeremiah, Courtney answered you question back in June, didn't he? He also suggested a good alternative if you want a Mac version. :-)
RadoStefanov Posted August 21, 2016 Report Posted August 21, 2016 If using MARF, zaxconvert with LAME on WindowsPC or OsXPC converts to mp3
Ze Frias Posted August 26, 2016 Report Posted August 26, 2016 Kelsey Wood (Wandering Ear) released this Mac software which looks very promising: http://wanderingear.net/products/bwav-to-tc-mp3/
