  1. Annsman 2500 maxe are pretty much the same battery as the ladda.. When I use ninh now that's what I use..
  2. I am biased as a Lectro user.. But I still think now it will be a very good thing..look what happened to Aaton. If they had a friendly take over things could have been different..the guy wants to go places with Lectro as a top end product, the elephant in the room is, Lectro need to get over the Patent tx/rec issue for EU users tho, outside of feature film work, all EU radio mic users need it as a norm now.
  3. Hi are you running at 50mw? My digital Tx are at either 25mw or 10 mw and dcr822 tx batt set to lithium. Just over 7 hrs til battery dies. 50mw is less more like 5.5-6 hrs ish ..xtar aa batteries.
  4. Thanks Karl , you have put my mind at ease and with your other positive posts elsewhere as well, in the UK Freelancers are very wary by default now, having watched what happened to Rycote and Timecode Systems in the recent past. really looking forward to the new Improved version of Lectrosonics. Thanks Richard
  5. I am a long time heavily invested Lectro user in the last 2 1/2 years I've spent over $30k of Lectro Digital.. Along with all my previous Lectro kit.. To say I'm concerned is an understatement..
  6. Hi Larry, was just wondering if you or the guys had managed to test the Xtar AA yet?. Thanks Richard
  7. I use them. In Lectro Digital Tx all the time.. No. Issues.. I wouldn't use them in receivers tho could desensitise the rf.
  8. Yes I tested in a receiver and a tiny lift in rf noise floor.. I would only use the xtar in tx's, been using them in tx's for nearly 18 months and zero issues..
  9. The Xtar AA are my go to in all my various Lectro tx's.. Example Dbu tx Ladda Aa is 5 hrs run time, Xtar AA is over 7hrs run time.. Smb tx Ladda Aa 3. 5hrs. Xtar AA is nearly 5.5 hrs.
  10. There appears to be no official UK dealer anymore since American Audio Pro ceased, I've checked with the usual UK dealers and they don't stock Halter Technical. Hence my question if there will be a new UK dealer.. Many Thanks..
  11. If using PDR use lith energizer AAA batts.. Only reliable run time especially in an aquapac.. Should get 6 hrs.
  12. When i put my tx /tx recorder in aquapacs, I put the TX / tx recorder in a condom first, then into aquapac if aquapac splits you still have a chance..
  13. On Lectro smdb 4061 is about 26 gain.. And 4060 is about 18- 20 gain
  14. All my 4061 have a 1.8k resistor and al my 4060 have 3.3k resistor, all work perfectly gain wise never had a clip on 4061 with that 1.8k even when used in racing cars etc..
