I was wondering if anyone using a Yamaha DM3 on a cart was powering it off 24VDC, and how that is going?  I would only need to do this occasionally, so I was wondering if a 24v camera block battery might work for this (rented)?   The manual says it draws 43w @ 24vdc....

I wonder if something like this would work?  Also, try reaching out to Gotham Sound.  I recall on a video of theirs a few months back they had rigged up some sort of adapter.  It was crude but I think they were working on refining it.

Looks nice but at 12V the current is close to 4A

I don't tried with my DM3, but I'm looking for a battery like this https://www.hawkwoods.co.uk/Cine/P/XB2-680
