KISHOR CHAUHAN Posted January 6 Report Posted January 6 I have been facing issue with my SMQV transmitter.when i Press Sleep on RM app Tx Device shows RF off.SMQV not working with RM app.if any one has same Problem in past let me know how do you resolve it.Thank you looking forward to hear from you.
Ontariosound Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 I have used the Lectro RM (physical transmitter, not the App) since it was released. The Version 1 software was problematic. I had it updated to 1.3 software. Has worked perfectly with all my generations and versions of SM and HMa transmitters.
Derek H Posted January 7 Report Posted January 7 Check that the RC setting on the transmitter is set to “on” otherwise it will ignore the dweedle tones.
Tim Norris Posted January 8 Report Posted January 8 I had an RM once and lost it. I discovered I preferred the iPhone app and did not replace it. The app may be a good option if it's an option for you. It doesn't need to be your primary phone, nor even operate as a phone. I haven't used it for years, but it sure was cool when the RM was new! Cheers, Tim

That was my first thought. This info is in the manual on p. 9 (see attached image). Also, if the mic gain is too low, it might not respond. Or, if there are any acoustic reflections. You probably know this but the RM needs to be pretty close to the lav mic for it to work.
