The latest Firmware 6.51 actually enables Shogun to receive LTC from Genlock's BNC port...

I had a different experience. When i tried to input TC from TCBuddy to Shogun ... The TC display on Shogun kept switching between TC input thru Genlock & the one from camera thru HDMI. After switching the Shogun on/off finally the TC from TCB appeared & got recorded. But the TCR being the one playing out from TCB lagged by few frames from the ones recorded onto Shogun. This was check as I shot TCBuddy's screen onto shogun & later on played back to check the sync... whats the ideal way to connect Ext TC generator to Shogun. Since it was my 1st time on with such a setting so bit confused.

Sound definately is getting recorded on an external recorder and the whole exercise is to try and sync Audio with Video easily in post.

No I am not much into Sound. I run a rental house with basic knowledge on equipment I keep to rent out. Client is to travel to London after a week & wished to check if such a setup was possible to work with.

I checked details on Mozegear TIG boxes, they provide Stereo output (One Audio & One TC). I ask : Do one or How do one unmix the track for Mono Inputs on BMC camera ? Secondly is it intended to work like this : - Mozegear TIG box gets Jam Synced to TC coming from TCBuddy WiFi master - Mozegear TIG box then give just TC Out thru Audio port to camera Audio CH1 & CH2 on camera gets seperate Audio from line or source.

This is when we already have an iPhone to spare use as a TC Feeder !

When I wish to use a BMCC for a shoot, I then face problem where the Camera doesnt have TC Input. Is the below mentioned option workable for stable TC. - TC out from BNC TC out of TimeCode Buddy WiFi master to Sound Recorder - TC over WiFi from TCBuddy to iPhone (using Movie Slate app) - TC out from iPhone's Headphone jack to Camera's (BMCC) One Audio Channel to record LTC Would this work stably for some hour of shoot before needing re-jamming or syncing back.

I might have not explained proper. Trying it again. Where do I get another connector like the one that goes into MKH816p48 (looks like mini XLR but with a screw cap to mate with the Mic).

I was looking at a used MKH816P48 Mic and was bit skeptical about the different type of connector used with it. Is the Mic using this type of connector : http://www.amphenol.info/steckverbinder/T-3261-001/356.html In case one needs to change the connector can the above be used as replacement. The Mic is in good working condition just wondering if should get few of such connector in stock ? In case this is not the one may I know where to get Tuchel connector...
