pindrop
PM? Is it not for public consumption then? I was thinking I'd like to give it a try and quite likely some others too .....?

Mark Orusa
EXE? What's the point? The Nomad simulator has only ever worked on Windows OS. Mark O.
Jack Norflus
http://castest.u150....serve.net/?p=51 Keep in mind that this version of the simulator is based on a very old version of software (1.77) - Nomads most current version is 3.07. While you can still get a good idea of Nomad's operations there will be some differences. There are newer versions of the simulator that exists - I will see if a newer version can be posted on the Zaxcom site this week.
Marc Wielage
Jack, you should ask to see if this could be built in HTML 5 directly on the web. I think that would be better, because then it would work on Apple devices and different operating systems (even Linux). If it's just hitting buttons, changing screens, and moving knobs up and down, it's not that hard to do with animated graphics.
Jack Norflus
The thing with the simulator is that it is essentially a by product of the current software that is written for the actual machine so there is very little work or new code that had to be written. For the simulator to work on a Mac OS the simulator needs to be created from the ground up.
Jack Norflus
The latest version of the simulator is now available on the Zaxcom user forum and will be posted on the Zaxcom web site soon.
