efksound
They are made by SKB. 4 unit high http://www.caseman.com/product/1SKB-DRW-4.html
dominiquegreffard
Interesting indeed
Jeff Wexler
Made by SKB. I had 2 of them and both self-destructed very quickly. I found them to be unusable. Others have had good luck, not me.
greg sextro
I'd wage a bet that the aluminum ones from Starcase are lighter.
Jeff Wexler
I'd wage a bet that the aluminum ones from Starcase are lighter. Close, but the plastic ones are a little bit lighter. When the various parts of the plastic ones fall off, they are even lighter.
ccsnd
I have yet to find a drawer that I really like. I don't know how many locks I have gone through at this point...
Jeff Wexler
I like the drop down finger latches, square, that are on Mid Atlantic drawers. The problem was that Mid Atlantic would not make an aluminum drawer and StarCase wouldn't use that sort of latch. The solution was Rackman in Sylmar. I got the good people at Rackman to make aluminum drawers with the Mid Atlantic style finger latch. They will also install standard key lock if you need it. I have a total of 10 aluminum drawers from Rackman. Not listed on their website but they will do aluminum.

Richard Ragon
Another '+1' for the Rackman too.. I've got 3 aluminum drawers thats been though 3-4 features now.. and not a dent or scratch yet.. A bust a figernail once in a while though, if your finger slips. -Richard
