  1. I figured as much. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate it.
  2. Is there a way to delay the audio that I am sending out of my Zaxcom Fusion? I am going to be feeding an XD deck with XLR from my Fusion. The camera that is recording to the deck via SDI will not have embedded audio. I need to adjust the audio to be synced with the video. I know I can adjust the dealy on my input, but I wantd to know if I can adjust the output also.
  3. Thanks for all of the replies, and the info regarding the length of time internal batteries will last! I have two more questions.. Will the RX200 receive timecode from the Ambient Tiny Lockit? And which transmitter/transmitters are you using?
  4. Or has anyone used the PSC Wireless IFB Inductive Earpiece? It is much cheaper than the Phonak earwig.
  5. yes, I use Micron TX700's. If you don't mind changing gain levels and channels with a small screwdriver... the TX700 gets the job done. An alkaline 9v battery will run for over 10 hours. That's a big plus! The DDR700 or SDR770 receivers are also nice.
  6. What a great design! I want to replace my Petrol bag with the new Stingray for my 633.
  7. I have a project coming up where talent will need in ear monitoring with an earwig. I know that different discussions on this topic have been discussed before, but I'm not finding my answer. Can I use a Phonak with a Lectrosonics R1a using some kind of neck loop? I'm thinking that the R1a will give me a better range than the Comtek. Have any of you used an earwig in this way before? Or is there another way to get good range with the Phonak? Any advice would be much appreciated!
  8. I would go for a SoundDevices 633. The 633 is a dramatic upgrade, and it's a recorder that you can use for years to come. I've seen a few come up 2nd hand that might fit your budget.
  9. Great video. I am currently in a similar situation. These tight budgets are making it harder to get great sound.
  10. Has anyone played with the new Zaxcom RX200? It sounds like an amazing new receiver. I really like the idea of the wide band AND the fact that is transmits timecode. I would love some feedback if anyone has any.
  11. Thanks for the update. It's nice to know I can use my block #25's a little while longer.
  12. Hi, I have a bunch of Micron units that I need to send in for service. Can anyone recommend a good service shop for Micron units? I usually send them back to Micron in the UK, but hopefully there is a place either in the US or Canada. Thank you, Dustin-
