Brian Maier Posted December 13, 2015 Report Posted December 13, 2015 Simon do you want to borrow my QRX100/200 and Camera link over the holidays? I can bring them to the Mixer Mixer tomorrow. Quote
Simon Paine Posted December 13, 2015 Author Report Posted December 13, 2015 Thanks for the offer Brian. I borrowed some from another source and I'm just waiting for prototypes to come back for testing. Quote
nysounds Posted January 11, 2016 Report Posted January 11, 2016 looking forward to seeing what you come up with for Zax QRX 200's. I would love to see a version that fit the 633 with 2 QRX 200's and the small Audio Root distro box. Spot for a Cam link would be cool too. Quote
cn obrien Posted March 27, 2016 Report Posted March 27, 2016 Hi Simon, I was searching your catalog and I'm curious - I have three 411s and an Srb, is it possible to modify a 664C or a 664D to house an Srb? Love your products. Thanks! Quote
Derek H Posted March 28, 2016 Report Posted March 28, 2016 An adapter to convert a 411 slot to an SR slot would be very cool. Lots of people use a mix of both. Quote
Ze Frias Posted March 28, 2016 Report Posted March 28, 2016 3D printing may be an option. I remember Gotham Sound made an adapter for Jason Kuppig to be able to use a Wisycom receiver with his Lectro Octopack. I'm sure they'd be open to helping you make something similar for this. Quote
Aural Fixation Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 Will any of the dashboard models accommodate this setup? I doubt that the 3 srb version will because the NP-1 is slightly thicker (taller) than the Sr, but what about the RM version? Or a newer one not yet discovered by myself? Quote
cmassey Posted March 31, 2016 Report Posted March 31, 2016 Gracias Jim for "shedding some light...on a light!" Quote

An NP1 won't fit in my RM model, maybe 1/4" too narrow to fit. Maybe with some bold dremeling. Quote
Aural Fixation Posted April 1, 2016 Report Posted April 1, 2016 Thanks, Nathaniel. I appreciate the help. I wonder if such a model would be popular or possible at a reasonable cost. Quote
Pat Slater Posted April 2, 2016 Report Posted April 2, 2016 Maybe "model specific inserts" fitting into larger common holes?? Quote

This would be super awesome. I use a 633, right now with a 411 and am waiting on an SRc. Sometimes I need to add another SR, or 411, and have been debating a Remote Audio RM.. I can't imagine I'm the only person who would be interested in a modular system! Any chance of that m, Simon? Quote
boomsound Posted April 16, 2016 Report Posted April 16, 2016 Thanks for the photo Nathaniel. I was wondering the same thing and would be interested in a slot for an NP1 instead of the RM. Quote
enjoyfebruary Posted August 13, 2016 Report Posted August 13, 2016 I just ordered a used 664 SR dashboard from TrewAudio and am reasonably sure that it's not going to come with mounting screws for the Lectros. Anyone know what size screws these use to mount the SR? Quote
Carlos Maeda Posted September 8, 2016 Report Posted September 8, 2016 Still waiting on model for Zaxcom Nomad and QRX receivers. Quote
rodpaul Posted September 8, 2016 Report Posted September 8, 2016 Second the request for an SR and 411 model. Quote

audiofp Posted October 4, 2019 Report Posted October 4, 2019 Wondering if the 633 models work with the new 833. Have you had a chance to check? Ready to buy if it works. -Thanks! Quote

Simon Paine Posted June 2, 2023 Author Report Posted June 2, 2023 After a few years of designing, testing and developing we are proud to introduce the next evolution of Soundbag Dashboards. We have created a new modular design that will allow users to completely customize their Soundbag Dashboard to their exact setup: Soundbag Dashboards Goes Modular Introducing the next evolution of Soundbag Dashboards. We’ve taken the original concept of the Soundbag Dashboard and evolved it to be completely modular and customizable to a sound mixer’s exact setup. The new modular design allows the end user to create a completely customizable Soundbag Dashboard. How it works Start by choosing a Soundbag Dashboard “Rail” to fit your mixer/recorder. Each Soundbag Dashboard mixer rail is designed to fit perfectly to a specific mixer, with no modifications needed. No messy adhesive, velcro or straps! Just like the original Soundbag Dashboard, the low profile Soundbag Dashboard Rails seamlessly attach to your mixer using existing mounting points. Next, choose from our selection of low profile “Brackets” that fit your wireless receivers. Soundbag Dashboards has designed brackets for most of today’s top wireless receivers, including Lectrosonics, Shure, Sound Devices and more. Just like the mixer rails, every Soundbag Dashboard receiver bracket is precision machined to attach to a specific wireless receiver, using pre-existing mounting points. You can choose from single receiver brackets or dual brackets. Single brackets hold one receiver while dual brackets allow you to stack two receivers at a time. Soundbag Dashboards also has a bracket for some of the most popular Battery Distribution Systems on the market. Now, slide the receiver brackets onto the “Rail” and position them wherever works best for you. When you’re happy with the positioning, you can lock them in place by tightening the set screws located at the bottom of the Soundbag Dashboard rail, using the provided Allen key. Brackets can slide parallel with the rail or, in a Soundbag Dashboards first, the brackets can be turned 90 degrees to the rail, so you can fit more receivers onto your Soundbag Dashboard and allow even more customization of your setup. There you go! You’ve now created your own custom Soundbag Dashboard that is personalized to your exact kit. Features - All components are precision machined out of lightweight, aircraft-grade 6061 aluminium, for years of use in the most extreme conditions. There are no printed plastic parts that can warp, crack or break. - All components are anodized for a high quality, great looking finish. - Soundbag Dashboards keeps your Soundbag organized by keeping all your equipment locked in place - As manufacturers introduce new audio equipment, Soundbag Dashboards will create new rails and brackets to allow you to update your kit, without having to purchase a whole new Dashboard. Current Compatible Equipment Mixer / Recorders: Sound Devices Mixpre 6, Mixpre 10, 833, 888, 664/688, 633, Zoom F8 (Sound Devices Scorpio coming soon) Wireless Receivers: Lectrosonics 411, Lectrosonics SR series, Lectrosonics DSR4, Sound Devices A-10 / A-20, Shure ADX5D and Wisycom. BDS: Deity SPD-1, Audio Root VM DBox, Audio Root eSmart BG-DH mkII, Battery Bud v1 and 2, Remote Audio BDS RM.
