Hi Chris, As others have mentioned, it sounds like the Hall Sensor is bad. Since you are over seas, we can send you a replacement sensor. They are $15 plus shipping. Please send us an email (info@denecke.com) with your shipping info and we can get one out to you. Thanks! -Charlie

Hi guys, Yes the battery is recharged through the USB port. A fully depleted cell takes about an hour to re-charge. The internal battery should last 2 years or more before it needs to be replaced.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery, Jeff!

Hi Al, I knew I could trust you. We have a few loose ends to tie up. One of them is letting all of our distributors know (It's a surprise for them too). We're projecting the release date to be July 29th, more than likely sooner. Charlie

Glad that you guys like it! Stay tuned, there's more cool stuff on the way. Charlie

Hi Joe, That is part of a broken surface mount bypass capacitor. It should function O.K. without it, but I would suggest sending it in for repair as son as possible. The slate more than likely too a hard fall. I hope this helps! Best Regards, Charlie
